The UC3611N is a 50V, 3A through-hole quad Schottky diode array manufactured by Texas Instruments for high-speed voltage clamping, reverse polarity protection, and inductive load freewheeling applications. Housed in a standard through-hole 8-pin plastic dual in-line (PDIP-8) package, this discrete component features four independent matched Schottky diodes on a single monolithic chip designed to minimize board space. It operates with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 3A per diode while facilitating fast automated circuit assembly. Engineered with a fast reverse recovery time of 20 nanoseconds, low forward voltage drop of 1.2V at a 1A test current, and low reverse leakage current, this robust device delivers reliable performance across an operating ambient temperature range from 0 to plus 70 degrees Celsius
