UC3611N Schottky Diode

The UC3611N is a 50V, 3A through-hole quad Schottky diode array manufactured by Texas Instruments for high-speed voltage clamping, reverse polarity protection, and inductive load freewheeling applications. Housed in a standard through-hole 8-pin plastic dual in-line (PDIP-8) package, this discrete component features four independent matched Schottky diodes on a single monolithic chip designed to minimize board space.
