The TNY267 is a monolithic offline switcher IC from the TinySwitch-II family that integrates a 700V power MOSFET and a power supply controller onto a single chip. Operating at a fixed 132 kHz, it utilizes an energy-efficient ON/OFF control scheme to deliver high efficiency even under light load conditions. It features integrated auto-restart fault protection, line undervoltage detection via an optional resistor, and built-in frequency jittering to lower EMI. These functions drastically reduce external component count, eliminating the need for a bias winding or loop compensation.
