Product Overview

The OPAx241 and OPAx251 families are single-supply, micropower operational amplifiers specifically designed for battery-powered and portable applications. Operating with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 25 µA per amplifier, these devices offer high common-mode rejection (124 dB), high open-loop gain (128 dB), and a low maximum input offset voltage of ±250 µV. The OPAx241 series is optimized for low-power supply operations (such as 5V), whereas the OPAx251 series is tailored for higher-voltage configurations (optimized for ±15V). Both families provide a rail-to-rail output swing within 50 mV of the supply rails, are unity-gain stable, and feature an input common-mode range that extends 200 mV below the negative supply, making them ideal for portable medical instruments and test equipment.
