Product Overview

The MIC4426, MIC4427, and MIC4428 are a family of dual low-side MOSFET drivers. They are fabricated using a BiCMOS/DMOS process to provide high efficiency and low power consumption. These drivers are designed to translate TTL or CMOS input logic levels into high-current output voltage levels, enabling fast switching of power MOSFETs or other capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads.
