Product Overview

The LTV-817 is a 4-pin DIP phototransistor output photocoupler manufactured by LITE-ON Technology Corp. It incorporates a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon phototransistor to route electrical signals safely across an isolation barrier while rejecting circuit noise.
