The LF398-N is a monolithic sample-and-hold circuit that utilizes BI-FET technology to achieve ultrahigh DC accuracy alongside fast signal acquisition and a low droop rate. Operating as a unity-gain follower, it maintains excellent gain accuracy.

The device features a bipolar input stage that ensures low offset voltage and wide bandwidth, while keeping input characteristics unchanged during the hold mode. Its logic input is fully compatible with TTL, PMOS, and CMOS levels, allowing it to interface smoothly with various digital systems.
