Product Overview:
A monolithic 14-stage ripple-carry binary counter, divider, and oscillator integrated circuit designed for flexible, low-power timing and frequency division applications. It incorporates an on-chip oscillator stage that can be configured with either external RC or crystal components, or driven directly by an external clock source. The counter stages advance sequentially on the high-to-low transition of the clock input, and an overriding asynchronous master reset is included to instantaneously clear all counter stages independently of other input conditions.
