Product Overview

The EL6N139 is a high-gain split-Darlington optocoupler manufactured by Everlight Electronics. It incorporates a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-gain photodetector integrated circuit to route low-power logic signals safely across an electrical isolation barrier. The device delivers an exceptionally high isolation protection up to 5000 V rms, maintains stable performance with extremely low input drive currents down to 0.5 mA, and is highly efficient for interfacing low-current microprocessors with digital logic networks, line receivers, and current loops.
