Product Overview

The CD4067 is a digitally controlled, single 16-channel analog multiplexer and demultiplexer implemented on a single monolithic CMOS chip. It behaves as a bidirectional electronic switch that exhibits low "ON" resistance and extremely low "OFF" channel leakage currents.

The chip features four binary control inputs (A, B, C, and D) that decode internally to select and turn "ON" 1 of 16 channels, connecting that specific line to the common terminal. Additionally, a dedicated active-HIGH Inhibit input overrides the binary address inputs, instantly turning all 16 channels "OFF" to isolate the common terminal.
