Product Overview

The HEF4066B features four independent bilateral analog switches (transmission gates) designed for both analog and digital switching applications. Each switch contains two bidirectional input/output terminals and an active-HIGH enable input that establishes a low-impedance path when activated. When the enable line is pulled LOW, the switch enters a high-impedance OFF state to isolate the terminals. It is pin-compatible with the HEF4016B but delivers a significantly lower and more constant ON resistance across the full input signal range.
