Product Overview

The CD4028B is a CMOS BCD-to-Decimal (or binary-to-octal) decoder. It features buffering on all four inputs, advanced decoding logic gates, and ten high-drive output buffers. When a BCD code is applied to its four inputs, the corresponding one of ten decimal outputs goes high. It can also function as a binary-to-octal decoder by using only three inputs while holding the fourth input low.
