Product Overview

The CD22100 combines array of crosspoints (transmission gates) with a 4-line to 16-line decoder and 16 latch circuits. Any of the sixteen transmission gates can be individually selected using a 4-bit address, then turned on or off by applying a logic level to the data input and pulsing the strobe line. The internal control memory allows any number of the switches to be active simultaneously.
