Capable of handling a continuous RMS on-state current of up to 12A and enduring a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 600V, this device is highly optimized for controlling inductive loads without requiring an external snubber circuit. It is housed in an isolated ITO-220AB package, which features an internal ceramic insulation layer that simplifies thermal management by allowing direct mechanical mounting to a heatsink.
