PRODUCT OVERVIEW: The BAT43W (device marking S8) by Shenzhen Yongyutai Electronics (KUU) is a 30V small-signal Schottky barrier diode encapsulated in a surface-mount SOD-123 package, possessing a true maximum continuous forward current rating of only 200mA (0.2A)—rendering the 2A specification a complete structural falsehood. Designed strictly for high-speed signal switching, clamping, and low-current logic applications, it features a fast 5ns reverse recovery time and an integrated guard ring for transient protection.
