Product Overview

The 74HC373 is an octal transparent D-type latch featuring 3-state outputs. When the latch-enable (LE) input is high, the Q outputs follow the data (D) inputs. When the LE input is low, the data present at the inputs at the time of the transition is latched and held at the Q outputs. The output-enable (OE) input allows the outputs to be placed in a high-impedance state, which is useful for bus-oriented systems.
